From IA to AI
Onside started as an insurance automation company — IA. Years of building systems that take manual processes out of insurance operations. We lived inside agency workflows, learned what breaks, what scales, and what actually saves time.
When AI became production-ready, we didn't have to figure out what to automate. We already knew. Renewal tracking, carrier portal data entry, premium monitoring, compliance checks, client communications — these are the workflows that eat agency hours. We'd been automating them for years.

Why Insurance

We're a small, focused team that builds things that work. No massive sales teams. No layers of management. Just engineers building agents and deploying them for clients.
Every agent we deploy is monitored, observable, and accountable. We eat our own dog food — our own business runs on the same agent infrastructure we deploy for clients. Our renewal engine, our revenue tracking, our compliance monitoring — all automated by the same technology we sell.
